Diarrhea Dilemma

It just never seems to be a good time for diarrhea to hit.  And, when it does, you find yourself in a real dilemma.  If you know what caused it, you’ll be a lot quicker to find a solution.

Diarrhea can happen for several different reasons…bacteria or viral infection, allergic reaction, or intestinal parasites could be at fault.  Good news is there are quite a few things that you can do to ease the discomfort and the dilemma:

Infection Control – Take Black Walnut Hulls twice daily.
Soothe Cramping – Drink chamomile tea.
Dry Up Diarrhea – Temporarily take activate charcoal tabs with calcium/magnesium/zinc at night.
Balance Bowels – 10,000 IU of Vitamin A per day OR 6 Garlic caps daily.
